Recruitment Procedures
Aihua hires both full time and part time teachers. Although contractual terms may be negotiated, these are the terms of our standard Full Time Contract.
Teachers interested in working at Aihua should first contact the Academic Director, through this site, or at aihuarecruitment@gmail.com. Once contact has been made, an interview will be arranged. If an offer of employment is made, the new teacher must contact our Foreign Affairs Officer, in order that we may begin the Visa Application Procedures. The new teacher should also consult the Commencement of Employment and Foreign Teachers Responsibilites pages of this site, in order to prepare themselves for taking up employment with the school.
