Wages and benefits for foreign teachers at Aihua are follows.
Salary: 10,000 to 11,000 RMB / month.
Arrival Bonus: 5,000 RMB.
Housing: 2,500 monthly allowance, or school provided accommodation.
Insurance: Travel Accident and Emergency Insurance provided.
Visa: Full work visa.
Flights and Bonus: The school will reimburse the cost of the teacher’s round trip flight or, if the teacher prefers, pay a 8,000 completion of contract bonus.
Arrival: Full training, orientation, and assistance upon arrival are provided.
Chinese Lessons: Teachers are entitled to one lesson per day 5 days per week, from Monday to Friday.
Holidays: Teachers are entitled to 10 days paid holiday per year. Teachers are paid for Chinese public holidays. (10 days.)
Professional Development: If a teacher takes on management duties for the school, an additional contract will be drawn up, with additional wages and benefits added to the teaching wages and benefits.
